• November 2025 - Project Inception: SimInstructor.AI announced. Pre-signups opened to the community.
• December 2025 - Pre-Alpha Proof of Concept: First functional build delivered to early supporters.
• January 2026 - Alpha v1.0.0: Windows client launch with the first 4 AI aircraft models.
• February 2026 - Client v1.4.0: Major UI overhaul, MSFS variable detection, and new instruction styles.
• February 2026 - Interactive AI Checklists: Voice-interactive checklists. "Instructor, run the pre-flight check."

• Commercial Flows - Airliner SOPs and challenge-response procedures for study-level airliners.
• DCS World Support - Starting with the F-16C Viper. High-fidelity combat training for DCS aircraft.
